November Legal Round Up

November welcomed another wave of change for the cannabis industry – both nationally and internationally.  Multiple ballot measures, plus a couple of gubernatorial candidates’ successes are canaries in the coal mine for cannabis prohibition repeal. From the first baby steps of public hearings to emergency initiatives for recreational measures slated to take effect in a matter of days; consumers and investors alike are fortunate to be party to a spectrum of progressive actions and the excitement of history in the making.

Thanks to voters, November was another earthquake sending a tsunami of progress in the global push of marijuana policy reform.  This unique point in history is nothing to shake a stick, or leaf, at.  We are all lucky to be a part of the change that is afoot and now more than ever, your political and consumer voice have real power to knock down the walls of prohibition, one brick at a time.
